  • What operating systems do you support?

    We support the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Mac OS X 10.6 and above. At this time we do not support Linux systems.

  • Will you support my network?

    The Home Assurance plans are designed to support the computer. If you need assistance with your home network including setting up wireless or any standard network device please see our standard rates. However having Home Assurance package will entitle you to discounted rates on service.

     

  • What does remote support mean?

    Remote support is done over the phone and over the internet using a RDC (Remote Desktop Connection) application. When using this application this gives our staff remote control of your computer allowing us to fix many issues in less time.

Our plans are designed to minimize time spent updating and maintaining your personal computers within your home. Our staff is available to do remote support or onsite support depending on the case.

*Six (6) month initial commitment is required. If canceled the remaining months will be charged to the card on file. **Monthly support work can be done by entering in a service ticket and scheduling your support work. You may use your emergency support work time at any time during your subscription during normal business hours.
